Our Cougar Contributors Campaign is well underway and will run through September 1, 2025.  As you enter the school this year, you will see new lockers, blue signs above each classroom, and some fun updates to the lunchroom!  These are all possible thanks to YOU!  If you haven't joined yet, we would like to invite you to Crestline Elementary PTO's Cougar Contributors.  Cougar Contributors is our one big fundraising campaign of the year and provides Crestline parents an opportunity to support our school with 100% of the tax deductible contributors going directly back to our school.  Our tax dollars cover the needs of our school, but not the extras that set Crestline apart.

There are varying donation levels and benefits for each level.  We could not do everything at Crestline without your support!  Remember that your contribution is 100% tax deductible. All Cougar Contributor levels include PTO membership and directory access (you will find this a HUGE benefit as you begin to coordinate activities with new friends!).

If you have any questions, please email cougarcontributors@gmail.com

The Crestline Grand Circle is an opportunity for your children's grandparents or other special relatives to give a donation to Crestline.  If you would like to include them in our fundraising efforts, please click HERE to provide any grandparent names and email addresses so we can update our distribution list. We always have a special event for our Grand Circle members each year (January 23, 2026) to come and see their grandchild and spend time at Crestline.  It is always such a special memory, so I encourage you to ask them to give!

Please email crestlinegrandcircle@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Here at Crestline, we believe that when families get involved, everyone benefits—especially our students. And, it is a great way to make new friends!  Whether you have five minutes or a few hours, your time and talents can make a meaningful difference. From helping in the classroom or planning events to simply showing up and cheering from the sidelines, there’s a place for everyone. Join us in building a fun, supportive, and connected school environment where every child can thrive!  Please click on the link below to serve on our PTO Committees for the 2025-2026 school year.  Pick as many opportunities as you'd like—many hands make light work!  We have committees for every schedule and interest and have included the time commitments with each description.

Thank you in advance for volunteering!  If you have any questions, please contact Marye Beasley Kohn mbseymour@gmail.com.

Welcome Back To School!

Mountain Brook Schools ranks among the top public school systems in the country, and one thing that differentiates us from many other public schools is community support. Your tax-deductible donation to the Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation benefits every student, every teacher and every school from kindergarten through senior year. Please join us as a Give180 Family today by giving $1 for each day your child is learning through the school system. Thanks to generous donations from Mountain Brook families like you, the Foundation funded the following for our schools this year:

  • Summer learning conference and Phonics First training for teachers
  • A Math Coach for each of the four elementary schools
  • STEM professional development classes for teachers
  • Classroom technology like virtual reality software at MBJH and MBHS
  • Institute for Innovation classroom grants
  • And much more!

  • Confirm your directory information by going to www.crestlinecougarspto.com, logging in and clicking on the "My Account” section to complete parent and student information.
  • Your name is not searchable in the online directory until you do so!
  • Turn on your notifications so you will be up to date with everything related to PTO!
  • Make sure you add your child's homeroom teacher!

Our school directory is completely online. If you are a Cougar Contributor or a PTO member, you have access to our directory.

Don't forget to download the Membership Toolkit app so you have access to everything from your phone!

Laura Carter and Ginger Thuston for our "Hey Crestline" bulletin board-what lofty goals we have for the school year!

Mary Beth Jones and new Crestline mom Caitie Morgan for our "Welcome Back" bulletin board outside the auditorium.  We've got some artistic parents!
