There is still time to become a Cougar Contributor! All donations must be received by September 1.

Cougar Contributors is our one big fundraising campaign of the year and provides Crestline parents an opportunity to support our school with 100% of the tax deductible contributors going directly back to our school.

While tax dollars fund our school's basic needs, PTO donations make many of the extras that set Crestline apart possible. Your support helps provide classroom supplies, furniture and facility improvements, and special events like Fall Festival, Field Day, and the Veterans Day Program.

There are varying donation levels and benefits for each level.

All Cougar Contributor levels automatically include PTO membership and directory access.

Crestline Grand Circle gives grandparents and other special relatives the opportunity to support Crestline through a donation. To include them in our fundraising efforts, please click HERE to share their names and email addresses. Donations must be received by September 1.

Grand Circle members are also invited to a special event each year (January 22, 2027) to visit Crestline and spend time with their grandchild. It is always a special day and one they won't want to miss!

At Crestline, we believe that when families get involved, everyone benefits—especially our students. And, it is a great way to make new friends!

Membership Toolkit

We invite you to visit OUR WEBSITE to see everything Crestline Elementary PTO has to offer this year. Membership Toolkit is a website and application that we use for PTO parent communication and our online school directory. You will need to update your account in Membership Toolkit in order to become a Cougar Contributor, access the upcoming calendar events, sign up to volunteer and much, much more.

Confirm your directory information by going to www.crestlinecougarspto.com, logging in and clicking on the "My Account” section to complete parent and student information.
Your name is not searchable in the online directory until you do so!
Turn on your notifications so you will be up to date with everything related to PTO!
You will be able to go back in and select your teacher for each child, once the class lists are available.

Our school directory is completely online. If you are a Cougar Contributor or a PTO member, you have access to our directory.

Don't forget to download the Membership Toolkit app so you have access to everything from your phone!
