Fall Festival is this Friday Oct. 16th during school hours (no early dismissal).


Volunteers are needed! 

Please sign up to work a booth shift via the link below!


Parents will not be allowed to attend this year unless you are volunteering with the exception of Kindergarten parents.  


Have you purchased your wristbands? $30 via the link below (wristbands are needed for students only). Cougar Contributors Silver Level ($500) and up will automatically receive wristbands. You do not need to do anything!

Volunteer to Work a Booth Shift

Pumpkin Run is Sunday, October 18th!  

This fun 1-mile race is open to all Crestline Elementary students and promises to be a fantastic community event.


Not all volunteers wear capes -- some wear a neon vest at Pumpkin Run! Please consider grabbing a volunteer spot at an intersection to cheer for runners and help us keep everyone safe! It's a 1.5 hour commitment, and very FUN! Sign up here to volunteer!


Registration Details

Registration: Late registration is open now until Friday, October 16th.  

Entry Fee: $30 and includes awards and Xpress TIming.  T-shirts are not guaranteed with late registration.

Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Cougar Contributors will receive a separate Google document from Callie Nash for registration.

Boys:

Ages 11-13: 2:00 PM

Ages 8-10: 2:20 PM

Ages 5-7: 2:40 PM


Girls:

Ages 11-13: 2:10 PM

Ages 8-10: 2:30

Ages 5-7: 2:50

Pumpkin Run Late Registration

We invite our school community and local families to join us in honoring the heroes among us at our upcoming Crestline Elementary School Veterans Day Program on Friday, November 13! 

If you have a family member, friend, or neighbor who has served or is currently serving in the Armed Forces, we would love to recognize them during our special event. Please take a moment to complete our quick intake form so we can gather details about your veteran. Once submitted, a committee member will reach out to follow up with next steps and additional details. We look forward to coming together on November 13 to express our deepest gratitude to our veterans.

Membership Toolkit

We invite you to visit OUR WEBSITE to see everything Crestline Elementary PTO has to offer this year. Membership Toolkit is a website and application that we use for PTO parent communication and our online school directory.  You will need to update your account in Membership Toolkit in order to become a Cougar Contributor, access the upcoming calendar events, sign up to volunteer and much, much more.  

  • Confirm your directory information by going to www.crestlinecougarspto.com, logging in and clicking on the "My Account” section to complete parent and student information.  
  • Your name is not searchable in the online directory until you do so! 
  • Turn on your notifications so you will be up to date with everything related to PTO!
  • You will be able to go back in and select your teacher for each child, once the class lists are available.


Our school directory is completely online. If you are a Cougar Contributor or a PTO member, you have access to our directory. 

Don't forget to download the Membership Toolkit app so you have access to everything from your phone!
