Crestline State of Mind (PTO Meeting)

The Truth about 504's and Beyond: Partners in Success

Mark your calendars for the first PTO Crestline State of Mind of the school year - The Truth about 504's and Beyond: Partners in Success. We will gather in the library on September 24 at 9:15 a.m. for a discussion and Q&A with Dr. Maggie Canter a licensed clinical psychologist. Maggie is also a parent-child interaction therapy certified therapist with specialized expertise in the mental health treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. We'll also be joined by Christy Christian, school principal, and our school counselors. We hope this will be a time to better understand how to support our children and build stronger parent-teacher partnerships. All are welcome!

First Friday Free!

Throughout the school year, we like to give our teachers a few Fridays off during lunch so they can have a little break and enjoy their lunch in peace in their classrooms.  There are FOUR opportunities to volunteer for the regular lunch hour: October 2, November 6, March 5, and April 2.  By volunteering, it means you cover the lunchroom during your child’s lunchtime- whether that is simply crowd control or being a point person for the kiddos.  This is an EASY way to volunteer…LOW commitment, BIG impact!

Please click below to sign up!

  • Each grade has its own tab at the top of the sign up
  • Slots are broken out by teacher and lunch time is listed

THANK YOU!!

(We will distribute a separate sign up for an extended lunch period (1-hour) for both the teacher’s Holiday Lunch and Teacher Appreciation).

For any questions, please contact Sarah Stewart by text at 205.834.0217 or Frances Ellen Morris by text at 205.602.5727.

We invite you to visit OUR WEBSITE to see everything Crestline Elementary PTO has to offer this year. Membership Toolkit is a website and application that we use for PTO parent communication and our online school directory.  You will need to update your account in Membership Toolkit in order to become a Cougar Contributor, access the upcoming calendar events, sign up to volunteer and much, much more.

  • Confirm your directory information by going to www.crestlinecougarspto.com, logging in and clicking on the "My Account” section to complete parent and student information.
  • Your name is not searchable in the online directory until you do so!
  • Turn on your notifications so you will be up to date with everything related to PTO!
  • You will be able to go back in and select your teacher for each child, once the class lists are available.

Our school directory is completely online. If you are a Cougar Contributor or a PTO member, you have access to our directory.

Don't forget to download the Membership Toolkit app so you have access to everything from your phone!
